Would be fantastic, as I felt the same way about the 1993 tour in Seattle, and yet, it's only an etched memory with (now) monotone music to go along with it.

There really should be a release in the future of the recording and the vid capture, somehow. Not just for recordkeeping sake, but for the people.

I may be imagining this but didn't Alison say recently that the DVD had been shelved as the footage had only been shot from a few static cameras and that it wasn't deemed suitable for release?

It would be a crying shame if an official audio version of the tour is shelved, but I guess it needs to to have the right level of integrity to get the go ahead. If it is archived I'm thankful that the experience is etched pretty firmly in my head - it was a proper moment in time and so brilliant in every way.

Knowing what record companies are like it will probably see the light of day on Yazoo's 30th Anniversary....only 3 more years

That's right. I remember that too. The DVD will not happen. End of.

The CD is still intended for release this year - nothing's changed there.

Thumbs up

This was posted at erasureinfo.com;

"Vince was featured on the Howard Stern show today, interviewed by Lisa G for Howard 100 News. it was about Gary (the producer) being a big fan. Nothing earth shattering, well except that the Yazoo show will be out in September!!!"
